Cara was my kinesiologist for a year after major back surgery. When we started I could barely sit up and after a year of therapy in the pool, I was able to go back to work full time. I would not have been able to work without her. Every other rehab I tried was not nearly effective as Cara developing, and delivering, a hydrotherapy program for me.
