I am a Kinesiologist and energy healer dedicated to fostering holistic healing for the mind, body, and soul. I find great joy in exploring the outdoors and embracing the gifts that Mother Nature offers. Nature is my sanctuary, providing an escape from the stresses of daily life. It has played a vital role in my journey of healing from physical, mental, and emotional traumas.

 

In nature, I can truly be myself, free from the pressures of society. I cherish the simple moments of being present, immersing myself in the healing sights and sounds that often go unnoticed.

 

Through this journey, I have learned the importance of slowing down and listening to my body. Utilizing my background in kinesiology, along with my intuitive gifts and energy healing training, I have successfully navigated significant challenges. This has enabled me to cultivate healthy relationships and maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle without the need for medication.

 

In my role as an energy healer, I utilize my intuitive abilities to support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. My aim is to help you reduce pain, alleviate stress, improve sleep and heal energy blockages. On your new path of healing and self discovery, experience overall joy and fulfillment, foster healthy relationships and find clarity as you navigate and live your best life.

​​My training and background as a kinesiologist allow me to assess and address your physical condition through a variety of modalities, provide a variety of services including: customized exercise programs, pool sessions, home visits, core stability and strengthening, postural correction, balance and mobility exercises and injury management and  recovery.
